Positive: Location was good. Negative: The owner didn't respond to our questions at all. The apartment wasn't clean enough. It's very hot due to many windows and no ventilation. The main problem besides irresponsive owner is that the apartment is very badly maintained, and the photo says it all. Also the washing machine was dirty. Please add more cuttlery if you have a dishwasher.
