Smart Family-Friendly Studio near city center

A clean, well-equipped, and modern apartment Positive: The apartment is brand new, very clean, and the contactless self check-in made our arrival completely seamless. The host was also very responsive and answered our messages quickly whenever we had a question. The kitchen had everything we needed, including an oven, coffee maker, and plenty of dishes, and having a washing machine was really convenient. The sofa worked great as an extra sleeping spot, and all the bed linens were spotless. Having a large supermarket just a ten minute walk away was also a big plus. Negative: On the downside, having only one key for three people was quite frustrating, especially since someone always had to go all the way downstairs to open the building entrance door whenever someone came back separately. The constant messages pushing paid early check-in and late check-out felt a bit excessive and annoying. We also had a terrible time with mosquitoes and all ended up covered in bites, so window screens or repellent are definitely needed. Lastly, washing your face or brushing your teeth in the bathroom is awkward because the cabinet sits way too low right over the sink.

Modern and clean apartment, but lacking host generosity and flexibility Positive: The apartment is in a very new, modern, and clean building, about a 6-7 minute drive from the city center. Everything inside was brand new, extremely clean, and well-maintained. All listed amenities were available and in great condition, including new kitchen utensils, stove, comfortable bed, and sofa bed. Negative: The overall hosting felt impersonal and non-generous. There was no hospitality gesture (not even a tea bag or coffee), and we kept receiving messages requesting extra fees for early check-in or late check-out. There were 8–9 mosquitoes in the room when we arrived that we had to get rid of before sleeping. Stains on the walls and ceiling showed that previous guests had the exact same issue. At check-out, the host required us to strip all the bedsheets, pillowcases, and mattress covers. Given the price paid for the stay, asking guests to do this felt quite unreasonable.

Ok for a couple, not a family. Positive: Very clean place and ok location. Negative: Basically you talk to a faceless machine which doesn't bother to reply. I advertised as a family friendly, but this time place us at most suitable for a family with a small toddler of a small child. The sofabed is so hard that it was not pleasant to lay down at all. The description says that there's a double bed in the bedroom and a sofabed in the living room, not true, they both crammed onto the same tiny room. When messaged the host they bother to reply.
