Sijainti kohteella loistava luonnonkauniin Pyhävaaran juurella kuitenkin riittävän lähellä aktiviteetteja. Luonnonrauhaa Positive: Sijainti aivan loistava Pyhävaaran juurella ja loistavan hiihtoladun vieressä. Tämän lisäksi majoitus oli sopivan kokoinen myös etätöiden rauhalliseen suorittamiseen nelihenkisen perheen kanssa. Negative: Siivous oli unohtunut edellisten majoittujien jäljiltä ilmeisesti inhimillisen erehdyksen vuoksi. Tämä asia hoidettiin sovitusti kuntoon seuraavana päivänä.
